I was greeted and taking care of Dan, one of the managers at the front. Always great and prompt service at this location. Trent worked on my car in the back and he handled it like it was his own car. I appreciate the great work they do here.

I just bought 4 new tires. The prices are very good and they get you out in 1 1/2 hours...get an appointment or you'll wait longer...very busy place. If you have any tire problem they'll bend over backwards to fix it...they even fixed my wheelbarrow tire...for free. I'll always take my vehicles there.
I will NOT bring my car back to this location ever again. I had an appointment for a simple tire rotation and my car sat for an hour and 15 minutes before they even brought it in. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes total, which I think is a long time for a tire rotation WITH an appointment.
I inquired 2x about the status and the associates kept saying that they were really backed up. But three of the four bays were sitting empty and the six guys in the garage were just slowly shuffling around doing nothing. I wish I had taken a video because I had never seen such behavior before and I've been to a lot of different America's Tires and Discount Tires locations over the past 15+ years. As a company in general they are great and other locations are pretty on top of their service. I'm not sure what's going on with this one.
Good place if you need tires. It does get a bit busy but If you buy tires there, rotations are free. Just make appointments online.
Got a flat tire on a hot summer day. These folks had my tire fixed in under half hour for no charge while I enjoyed their air conditioned rest area. I highly recommend this place!
I love this place. I have been here at least 6 times in the last 2 years and the service is always EXCEPTIONAL! Strongly recommend!
I've been going to America's Tire for more than 15 years. Great choice, price and exceptional service. Livermore branch goes out of their way to take care of customers.
